The following information is provided as-is without warranty, and is intended to help with troubleshooting issues logging into this system.
- Passwords and user names cannot contain spaces.
- Passwords must contain at least 7 characters. Passwords containing numbers, letters, mixed case and symbols are recommended.
- Passwords are case sensitive.
Forgotten Password / Password Reset Request
A forgotten Martin Connection account password can be reset by providing the username and email address associated with the account using self-service Password Reset process. If the password, username, and the email address associated with the account have been forgotten, contact the IT Helpdesk for assistance. For security reasons, the IT Helpdesk is unable to retrieve a current password, but may issue a new, temporary account password to the account email address after successfully verifying a user's identity.
A forgotten network password requires a call to the IT Helpdesk at 903-988-6487. For security reasons, the IT Helpdesk is unable to retrieve a current password, but may assign a temporary account password after successfully verifying a user's identity.
Cookie Support Missing or Disabled
Secure Connection (SSL/TLS) Support Missing or Disabled
A browser must support secure (i.e. SSL/TLS) connections and a secure connection must be active in order to sign on. To determine if a browser supports secure connections and for detailed instructions about how to enable this feature, refer to the browser's documentation.
While not all firewalls or proxies are problematic, if behind a firewall or proxy that does not support secure connections (e.g. access from a computer that's part of a corporate network), contact the system administrator to determine if a solution is available for the corporate network.
